Sandro Tucci has been a licensed real estate sales agent in Ontario since 2004, working with Royal LePage Maximum Realty.  

After completing his first year, Sandro was ranked fourth out of over ninety agents, in total commissions. From 2005-2009, Sandro maintained a top ten position and won the President's Gold Award five years in a row, earning him the prestigious Award of Excellence. In 2009, Sandro transitioned to investing and building rental properties in the Little Italy/Palmerston area of Toronto.

In spring 2009, Sandro purchased and renovated his first multi-unit rental property under the guidance of a fellow investor and mentor. After completing this first project, his focus turned to scaling up his operation and adding 5 more rental properties to his portfolio. He continued to offer his sales services to a select group of clients, family and friends.

With almost two decades in the real estate industry, Sandro has helped a number of clients purchase and sell personal and rental properties. Sandro not only helps his clients buy and sell but works with his clients to design the best strategy to acquire and finance new properties and add value to their existing properties. 

In addition to almost 20 years of real estate buying and selling experience, Sandro has experience in design, renovation and management of rental investment projects and once available, in the selection, contracting and management of tenants. He has built his own network of other professionals that he works closely with including real estate and corporate lawyers, designers, architects, appraisers and mortgage brokers.  

Sandro manages a diversified rental real estate property portfolio personally, and for his clients, and is passionate about sharing his buying and selling expertise and experience.
